About the Wenatchee Kennel Club...

Organized in 1960, the Wenatchee Kennel Club is one of hundreds of all-breed dog clubs in the United States operating under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club (AKC). It is incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Washington and serves the greater Wenatchee area.

The club’s purposes, as spelled out in its constitution are (a) to further the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs; (b) to conduct dog shows, matches, and other events under the rules of the American Kennel Club; (c) to provide education regarding the responsible ownership, care, and breeding of purebred dogs; and (d) to devote all profits accruing to the Club to the above purposes.
