Pre-requisite: Dogs entering this class must have successfully completed Agility 1 (FUNdamentals) or have permission from the instructor. Dogs may be younger than one year. In this class, dogs will work off-lead around other dogs, on both sides of the handler. Dogs will learn to recall to handler immediately and stay in front of equipment while handler “leads out”. Dog will send and recall over equipment he knows and become comfortable with jump bumps, hoops, low tire jump, low A-frame, low dog walk, curved tunnels, chute, teeter with minimal drop, tables. Fee: $60 for 7 weeks.
(Agility Classes can be repeated. Don’t enroll your dog in the next higher level until both of you are ready. If in doubt, ask your instructor.)
